Terms and Conditions: 360 Cars MG HS EV Essence Campaign
1. Eligibility
- Participants must be aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
- Participants must be Australian citizens or hold a valid working visa.
- Only individuals who purchase an MG HS EV Essence vehicle from or via 360 Cars during the promotional period are eligible for the offer.
2. Promotional Period:
- The promotional offer begins on Wednesday 7th May and ends on 7th June 2024 (unless the campaign offer is extended).
- All purchases of the MG HS EV Essence made during this period are eligible for the offer.
3. Offer Details:
- Participants who purchase an MG HS EV Essence from 360 Cars or via during the promotional period will receive six months of free vehicle registration in Queensland only.
- The free registration period begins from the date of vehicle purchase.
- This offer cannot be combined with any other ongoing promotions or discounts unless explicitly stated by 360 Cars.
4. Claim Process:
- To claim the free registration offer, participants must provide proof of vehicle purchase from 360 Cars during the promotional period.
- Participants must submit the necessary documents as requested by 360 Cars to facilitate the registration process.
- Failure to provide the required documentation within the specified time frame may result in forfeiture of the offer.
5. General Terms:
- The offer is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternative.
- 360 Cars reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the offer at any time without prior notice.
- By participating in this promotion, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions and any decisions made by 360 Cars.
- 360 Cars accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from participating in the promotion. Participants are advised to seek independent financial advice if necessary.
- 360 Cars reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants and to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or violating these terms and conditions.

7. Governing Law:
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland and 360 Cars in regards to the 2024 MG Campaign and any disputes arising out of or in connection with this promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
